It's very important to remove the membrane of the rib first

Marinate rib with sauce (with optional add on pounded paste) for 1 or 2 hours or just bake it after marinating

Put all ingredients and bake it on a baking tray or aluminium foil at 200 C for 2 hours or more depending on the thickness of the pork rib, cover top with aluminium foil. After a hour (OPTIONAL ADD POTATO) basting with more black pepper sauce and continue baking

Once it's done,remove the top foil and baste additional black pepper sauce and bake for another 10 minutes till its sauce start thicken,rest it for 10 minutes then slice up and enjoy
