Preheat oven to 350°F.

Use a knife to cut the cabbage head into quarters. Wash the pieces in cold water before preparing to remove any dirt.

Cut off the stems on each cabbage quarter. And proceed to cut cabbage up. (I use the fold then cut method?

Cut the bacon in to small, bite size pieces with your knife.

Spread a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and add cabbage and bacon

Season your cabbage with salt and pepper and add butter to cabbage.

Fold aluminium foil so that the cabbage is completely sealed inside.

Bake for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
