Ingredients

  • 1 packagesfrozen gnocchi, 25 ounces
  • 1/210 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cupricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cupshredded Italian cheese blend
  • sauce
  • 2 cupfavorite pasta sauce
  • or
  • 115 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspdried basil
  • 1/2 tspdried oregano
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400.

  2. 2

    cook gnocchi according to package directions.

  3. 3

    add spinach during last 2 minutes of cooking. When gnocchi is done, drain well.

  4. 4

    meanwhile, for the sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer over medium heat.

  5. 5

    spray 2 quart baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

  6. 6

    combine gnocchi/spinach with sauce and ricotta. pour into prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

  7. 7

    bake 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
