Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef in fry pan and add taco seasoning (prepare according to package directions). Add cream cheese and summer until cheese is melted. Blend well. Set aside and fully cool.

While meat is cooking. Cook pasta shells, drain and toss well with butter.

Pour salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Stuff each shell with meat mixture. Place shell in baking dish. Cover shells with taco sauce.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with chips and cheeses. Cook for 15 more minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, black olives, etc.
