Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 12cherry tomatoes on the vine or 4 good flavoured larger tomatoes on the vine
  2. 175 gramsbest cooked crabmeat
  3. 1 tspdried tarragon or two teaspoon fresh tarragon
  4. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  5. 1 pinchsalt or salt substitute
  6. 1squeeze of lemon juice
  7. 2 tbsphomemade or bought mayonnaise

  1. 1

    sit the tomatoes on the stem end and slice the top off .

  2. 2

    empty out the seeds with a spoon leaving a nice deep cup

    mix all the other ingredients and fill the tomato cups with mixture.

    fill each tomato with some of the mixture

    add the top and chill for an hour then serve .
