Steps

First Heat the Milk. Then add the lemon syrup. Then the milk gets coagulated. Filter the water.

Then get the remains in a wet cloth and allow it to dry for 2 hours.

Then mash the remains in a bowl. Then make into small shapes as shown in the photo or any shape as you desire,

Prepare a sugar syrup and add rose essence and pink coloring material to it. Add Elaichi powder to it.

In a pressure cooker add sugar syrup and add milk balls to it.

Allow to boil for 10 minutes

Pinky Rasagullas are ready to taste.
