Healthy mix of vegetable, peppers and prawn. Can be eaten with cous cous, pasta, rice, potatoes etc.
Steps

Wash the peppers and slice into big chunks

Once sliced it can be kept in a bowl or a tray.

Slice red onions

Wash and de-vein the baby prawns
- 5
Pour out the quantity of mixed veg required. I bought pre-packaged mixed vegetable

Pour the oil in a pot. It is best to use a pot because a frying pan may be too small for a family mix.

Put in the prawns, onions and spices (Garlic, Salt, Honey, fish seasoning and corn starch) and mix with a spatula.

Pour in the mixed vegetable and mix

Leave to boil for 2-3 mins, then add the knorr stock cubes.

Pour in the sliced peppers and rest of the sliced onions.

Mix in well and boil for about 3-4 mins with the pot closed.

Sauce is ready to be eaten with rice/cous cous/Irish potatoes etc.
