Mom's easy potatoe salad.
Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes until fork goes in potatoes nicely, drain.

Add potatoes to diced celery and onion. Amount of celery and onions is up to your perfence.

Add mayo and small account of mustard until nice and creamy. Sprinkle paprika on top to make it look pretty.

Cover and place in frig until ready to eat

Like I said very easy yet very tasty. You won't be disappointed!!!
