Urad daal ki kachori
This is a festive dish very popular in North india
Steps

Take soaked urad daal and grind thick

Put oil in a pan and add saunf when it becomes pink, add daal and keep stirring

Mix red and green chillis along with jeera, salt and coriander
- 4
Fry until daal becomes dry and looks radish
- 5
Take flour and mix salt along with daal
- 6
Knead will with reasonable amount of water, the dough is ready
- 7
Take hot oil in other pan and make small puris
- 8
Fry in low medium flame to make it more crispy
- 9
Enjoy with tea and pickle
