Greek souvlaki pork kebab and tzatziki sauce

Ingredients

  1. souvlaki
  2. 6greek pita breads
  3. 4 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tbspdried oregano
  5. 600 gramsboneless pork shoulder chopped in pieces
  6. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. tzatziki sauce
  11. 1 1/2 cupgreek yoghurt
  12. 1 mediumcucumber
  13. 2 clovegarlic smashed and minced finely
  14. 1 pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    In high heat thread the pork in a pan with 2 tbs. olive oil and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook for 15 minutes.

    In another pan grill the pita breads with 2 tbs olive oil.

    For the tzatziki sauce grate the cucumber in a bowl and drain. Add the greek yoghurt, pepper and the chopped garlic.

    For serving add in a pita bread two tbs tzatziki, some tomato, onion, parsley and some pork.
