THE best preworkout, my favorite pancakes filled with healthy ingredients that will give you energy and protein for your workout.

Mix wheat flour, egg, and milk in a bowl until just combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some olive oil.

Pour batter to form thick pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

Tips
Aim for a thick batter to ensure the pancakes are fluffy and not like crepes.
