Ingredients

5 minutes
3 pancakes
  • 100 gWheat flour
  • 1Egg
  • 150 gMilk
  • 1(for topping) Banana
  • 2 tbsp(for topping) Peanut butter

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour, egg, and milk in a bowl until just combined.

  2. 2

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some olive oil.

    Pour batter to form thick pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

    Serve with sliced banana and peanut butter on top.

Tips

Aim for a thick batter to ensure the pancakes are fluffy and not like crepes.
