1 1/2medium
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupwhite dry wine I use no salt
1 cupbeef broth

Cook onion until brown

Add sugar.

Cook until caramelized.

Add white wine, turn heat on medium high. Until 1/4 of liquid is left.

Add broth and boil for like 5-6 mins.

Let it simmer and pour over pork chops, or anything you like after cooked.
