Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchSoba noodles
  2. 4 cupbrocolli, cauliflour, carrots
  3. 4 tbsppeanut sauce
  4. 6 tbspblack sesame seeds, toasted
  5. 4 tbspchopped dry onions
  6. 2 tbspginger powder
  7. 4 tbspchili garlic sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook Soba noodles according to package

  2. 2

    Steam vegetables till tender

  3. 3

    Toast sesame seeds

  4. 4

    Mix above ingredients along with remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
