Ingredients

  • 100 gramsCottage Cheese (diced in 1 inch cube)
  • 1 eachRed Bell Pepper (diced in 1 inch cube)
  • 1/2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1 tspdried oregano/ mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tspChilli Flakes
  • 4 tspmayonnaise
  • 4 sliceBrown bread
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add carrom seeds and bell pepper. Cook until pepper softens.

  3. 3

    Add cottage cheese and cook well

  4. 4

    Add oregano/mixed herbs, Chilli Flakes and salt and toss well.

  5. 5

    Toast the brown bread and apply mayonnaise on it

  6. 6

    Put the mixture on toast and serve hot
