Sieve the flour into a bowl

Get a separate bowl and pour the milk and the eggs in it

Gently whisk the eggs until there is no yolk showing

Now pour this mixture into the flour

Then you have to add 30ml of the oil

Now blend this mixture

Get the left over oil and pour it into a tiny bowl

Dip a tissue in it and leave it there for a bout 1 minute

Heat up the frying pan

To test if you can start your pancakes get a drop of water and put it in the frying pan

If the drop starts moving around the frying pan you can start

So get the tissue and wipe the pan with the oil on the tissue

Now pour 1 ladle full of your mix into the pan

Leave it for about 2 minutes on high heat

Then you can flip it over

You should leave it for just around 1 minute then it is ready

Now get a separate plate and turn the pancake over on to this plate

Your first pancake is ready now repeat the process until there is no mix left ( you should have enough for 12 pancakes)
