Most of the people think how we can eat makhana. I have made makhana bhujia. You can make it in breakfast or as an evening snack. You can give it to your kids in tiffin box.
Steps

Roast makhana without oil in a pan until light brown.

Mix all ingredients except makhana & oil in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tsp oil & little water. Make a thick batter like pakode.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. On medium flame. Dip makhana in a batter. & deep fry on slow flame until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with tomatoes sauce
