Colombians love pouring cubes of fresh cheese in there morning chocolate. To us it might sound strange but once you taste it. It's delightfully delicious. It has such a rich flavor!

1bar of Colombian chocolate
1cinnamon stick
3sweet cloves
4 cupmilk
2 cupwater
1/2 lbof queso fresco/fresh cheese

Heat the two cups of water with the bar of chocolate in a sauce pot

As the chocolate starts dissolving add the milk.

Add the cinnamon and cloves. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.

When the hot chocolate is done. Start cubing your Fresh cheese (Queso fresco)

Serve immediately while the hot chocolate is still hot add 2 pieces of queso fresco and let it melt. Enjoy!
