Found a rough recipe online with capsicum and beans and without sour cream and made it my own, now I have to cook it at least twice a week for the fam and get begged to make it for friends when they come over :)

1 packagesTaco seasoning
1 packagesBurrito wraps
500 gramsSour cream

Cook mince, add diced bacon, onion and mushroom

Add garlic, can of tomatoes and taco seasoning and cook for a minute or two to thicken a little

Layer burrito wraps and mince mix into baking dish then on the last on top with sour cream and then cheese

Bake in oven until cheese is melted

Eat the hell out of it
