Ingredients

1 cupwarm water
2 tbspyeast
1 tspsugar
4 cupmilk
2 tbsphoney
2 tbspdark syrup
1 tbspsalt
1to 1 1/2 sticks margarine
1flour as needed white or wheat

Steps

To warm water add yeast plus sugar. Next milk margarine honey syrup and salt. Add unbleached white flour or some whole wheat.

Knead and let rise 2 hrs

Roll out thin and poke holes

Place puking stones in oven and preheat to 500

Slip loaf on stone for 6 min. Makes 8 loaves
