Ingredients

24 servings
  • 7 cupsliced cucumbers
  • 1 tbsppickling spices McCormick brand
  • 1 tspwhole yellow mustard seed
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspallspice
  • 3whole cloves
  • 1 quartdistilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 tspdill weed
  • 1/4 cupjuniper berries
  • 1/4 tspturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil vinegar

  2. 2

    Fill jar halfway with chips add spices

    Add rest of cucumber chips

  4. 4

    Pour boiling vinegar in jar put lid on and shake let sit 2 weeks
