Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 cupsliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 largeonion sliced
  • 2/3 cupchopped celery
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/4 cupsalt
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 2/3 pintsof distilled white vinegar
  • 8juniper berries
  • 2 smallbaby carrots sliced

Steps

    Boil vinegar

  2. 2

    Add to jar all but the vinegar

  3. 3

    Pour in your boiling vinegar put on lid and shake let sit 2 weeks
