  • 1 pintscooked Chinese Jasmine rice
  • 1 1/3 lbground turkey or beef
  • 1/3 cupflour
  • 1 quartchicken broth or beef broth
  • 1/2 largeonion, chopped
  • 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Brown your meat with onions

    Stir well till flour disappears incorporated into the rice and meat

    Add your broth stirring constantly till broth becomes gravy
