  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1Green Pepper
  • 1Red Pepper (optional )
  • 2 canCream Of Chicken
  • 1 canCream Of Mushroom
  • 1 boxRice
  • 1 packagesSharp Cheddar Cheese (2 optional)
  • 1 packagesMonterey Jack Cheese (2 optional)
  • 2 packagesSmoked Sausage

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil rice and sit to the side

  2. 2

    Cook sausage in frying pan till brown on both sides

  3. 3

    Pour both rice and sausage into baking pan

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion, green, red pepper

  5. 5

    Add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom and mix

  6. 6

    Add both cheeses

  7. 7

    Bake on 375° for 20-30 mins

  8. 8

    Done!!

can someone tell me the amount of the amount of rice? it states one box?? also, the cheese, how much? thanks
