150 gramsblue cheese
150 gramssour cream
2 tbspmayo
2 tbspmilk
1/2 tspsalt
1black pepper (just a little)

mix sour cream, milk and mayo.

Add the blue cheese in small pieces, mix to make it blend in the rest of the sauce.

Add salt and pepper a little at a time, mix and taste to check if it needs more.
