  • 150 gramsblue cheese
  • 150 gramssour cream
  • 2 tbspmayo
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1black pepper (just a little)

    mix sour cream, milk and mayo.

  2. 2

    Add the blue cheese in small pieces, mix to make it blend in the rest of the sauce.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper a little at a time, mix and taste to check if it needs more.
