Chicken schnitzel with roasted veggies

Cut potatoes, sweet potatoes and butternut into small cubes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Put foil and drizzle olive oil on thd foil. Put the chicken schnitzel and veggies. Drizzle the remaining olive oil and spice over the veggies and cook in oven for 20min or until veggies are tender.

Serve with cheese sauce.
