1whole tilapia
1chopped onion
3large tomatoes
1/2 tbsroyco
Cooking oil
1/3 tbssalt

Place chopped onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and stir.

Add tomatoes and stir then crash them completely.

Add 1cup of water mixed with royco and cover for 2-3minutes then add the fish
4

Add salt and allow to cook for 5minutes then turn off and serve.
