1 bunchdhania
Spanish paprika
1tap each black pepper, gram masala, ginger, garlic
1 tspvinegar
I tsp light spy sauce

Marinade the whole chicken with the spices over night

Pre heat the oven and grill as t 180 degrees

Serve with ugali and kachumbari
4

Sprinkle with chopped Dhania when well done
