Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 gchopped liver
  • 3Carrots
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt
  • Dania
  • Paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the liver with some water and cook till ready.

  2. 2

    Drain excess soup then add onion with cooking oil,

  3. 3

    When a little bit cooked add tomatoes with some salt

  4. 4

    Add carrots then stir

  5. 5

    Add enough water for soup and paprika

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 mins and serve with Ugali
