Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  2. 1garlic seasoning (however much you like I used 1 tablespoon)
  3. 1Can of pizza dough
  4. 1pizza sauce for dipping
  5. 1 tspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400. Spread dough out to a square. Cut into 1 inch thick strips. Shape into a knot and lay on a greased baking pan 2 inches apart.

  2. 2

    Mix seasonings with melted butter. Brush the seasoned melted butter on top of the knots. Sprinkle more parmesan on top. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. I also brushed more garlic butter on top before serving. Serve with pizza sauce and enjoy.

I found out a month ago that I am diabetic and have decided to change my life style. I am on a low carb, sugar free diet. I will still post other recipes that I make for my family.
