Slice diaganally the sesame baquette then buttered and lightly toast it and set aside

Season the eggs then beat the eggs and pour into the pan with butter
- 3
Add shredded Parmesan cheese and chili flake then scramble the eggs for 15 seconds then off heat immediately, top with black pepper
- 4
Serve on the battered toasted baquette with salad and some chili and tomato sauce and additional dash of chili flake
