Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupcrunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cupshredded carrots
  • 1apple, finely diced
  • 3 tbsphoney or agave nectar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1egg
  • 1 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupquick oats
  • 1/2 cupbeef consomme

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 °.

    Mix all ingredients until well combined. Mixture will be crumbly.

    Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, foil or a silpat mat.
