Steps

Chop all vegetable into cubes

Pour little oil into frying pan.

When ready add onions,garnic and carrots.

Add the red,green and yellow paper.

Stir until a half cooked.

When ready remove from fire and put a side

Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl.

Add little salt and stir to mix

Pour little oil in the frying pan when ready pour some amount of egg in it

Allow to cook for a short time

Scoop vegetable with the spoon and arrange at the middle of the egg and fold it from the two sides.

Seal and the turn upper part to be cooked.

Allow both sides to cook properly to form golden brown colour.

When ready remove and cook the rest following the same procedure.
