Ingredients

  • 2 cupboiled githeri
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • Garlic
  • Avocado

  1. 1

    Fry the onions and garlic. Once they are golden brown we add the tomatoes.

    Add the githeri. Add salt to taste

  3. 3

    Serve with Kachumbari.
