Ingredients

10 servings
  • 29-inch pie crust
  • 12 ozmozzarella &cheddar
  • 5 ozsliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupsliced green onions
  • 1Red bell pepper chopped
  • 8 ozchopped cooked ham (or bacon)
  • 1/4 cupof butter
  • 1 3/4 cupmilk
  • 8eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbspsnipped fresh parsley

  1. 1

    Toss cheeses together in large bowl then sprinkle 1/4 of cheese mixture in each of the two pie crust.

  2. 2

    Cook mushrooms, red pepper & onions together with butter until onions and pepper are tender.

  3. 3

    Arrange vegetables over cheese, arrange ham over vegetables, sprinkle remaining cheese over ham.

  4. 4

    Whisk eggs, flour, parsley, and milk together and pour over layers in pie crust. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees-until mixture is set. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving
