In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.

Gradually adding sugar, gelatin, and soft drink mix, beat until soft peaks form.

Stir in peanuts.

Spread in a single layer on a greased 10 1/2 X 15 1/2 inch jellyroll pan.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Cool completely on pan.

Store in an airtight container.
