Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbrown sugar
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupbutter melted
  4. 3/4 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Incorporate all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 4 or 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Place tart shells on cookie sheet. Approx. 14 to 16. Spoon mixture into shells. About 3/4 full.

  3. 3

    Set oven at 400°F. Cook for 15 min or until shell edges are brown. Remove and Enjoy when cool enough.
