Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 3 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 tbspchopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 packages(7 1/2 ounces each) baked potato snack crackers (I have used different crackers too, as these can be hard to find)
  • 1 tbspdry kosher dill pickle mix (in the canning section)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200°F.

  2. 2

    Place crackers in a large roasting pan.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, dill weed, and pickle mix.

  4. 4

    Stirring constantly, gradually drizzle mixture over crackers.

  5. 5

    Stir to coat.

  6. 6

    Bake 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Spread on aluminum foil to cool.

  8. 8

    Store in an airtight container.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
