Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 kgbone marrow, cut in half
  • salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • 6shallots, sliced
  • 200 gramsflat leaf parsley
  • 1baguette, cut and toasted

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 180 c.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the bone marrow with salt and pepper.

    Transfer to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cooked.

    Once cooked place the bone marroe on a serving dish.

  5. 5

    Cover with the shallots and parsley.

    Serve on Warm Toasty bread.
