  • Pasta
  • 1 tbspkosher salt
  • 2 literboiling water
  • 300 gramsBucatini pasta n°9
  • sauce
  • 65 gramsparseley leaves
  • 150 gramsolive oil, extra virgin
  • 30 gramsPine nuts
  • 40 gramsfeta cheese
  • 1/2garlic cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    When water is boiling add the noodles and cook about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan while you prepare the sauce.

  2. 2

    In a pesto and mortar add all the ingredients and macerete it.

    add the hot pasta on a plate and put the sauce on top.
