Ingredients

4 servings
  • Cooked rice
  • 300 gramsliver
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 1large tomato sliced
  • 1/2ts salt
  • 1/2ts royco
  • 3 Tbcooking oil
  • 400 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the liver on a pan till ready.

  2. 2

    Add the oil and onions,fry till onions are golden in colour.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes simmer.

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco.Stir gently.

  5. 5

    Add some water to make soup.Boil for 10 min.

  6. 6

    When ready remove from heat and serve.
