  1. 2 cupsboiled yellow beans
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1small green hoho chopped
  4. 3medium tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 bunchdhania
  6. 1 1/2 cupsrice
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Place 3½cups water for the rice.add rice to the boiled water.

    Add salt and 60ml cooking oil then reduce heat to medium and let it cook. When water reduces cover until water is completely finished.

    Taste to check if the rice is equally cooked if it is turn off heat and set aside, if not add ⅓ cup water.cover until cooked then set aside.

    For the beans place cooking oil and onions in a sufuria.

    Add hoho and stir a little. Add tomatoes and stir continuously as they become tender.

    Add dhania as you are stirring. After a minute add the beans. Keep stirring.

    Mix royco and 1 cup water then add to the beans.

  8. 8

    Add salt and cover for 3 minutes then turn off heat and serve.
