Ingredients

1 cupmayonnaise
1/2red onion, finely chopped
3gerkins or one large pickle chopped
1chipotle in adobo chopped
1 tbspadobo sauce

Steps

Simply chop gerkins, onion, and chipotle (homemade chipotle recipe).

Add to mayonnaise, finally add Adobo sauce mix well, put in the fridge for at least one hour to infuse the Smokey flavour and serve.

Great on chicken burgers, beef burgers, pork chops or just as a dip of veggies.
