Mix into soft dough, turn out onto a floured worksuface. Knead for 5 mins

Roll into a ball, place I. Clean bowl and cover with a warm damp tea towel. Leave for 1 and 1/2 hours. Until doubles in size.

Knock dough back knead and roll Into a ball. Recover for 30mins.

Preheat oven onto highest setting

Divide into balls of 6. (8 inches, diameter) or 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread which I did.

Cover with toppings of your choice, I used tomato puree, cheese, spring onions, chorizo, green pepper

If you decide to do a garlic bread, smother in garlic butter

Cook for 12-15 mins
