I had leftovers from spaghetti bolognese meat sauce and came up with spaghetti pockets

Pre heat oven to 200℃/400℉.

Make dough add all the flour, butter and seasonings blend until it resembles breadcrumbs slowly add water and pluse until a dough ball forms, set in fridge for 30 minutes

Roll out dough (lightly floured surface) and using a 5 cm cookie cutter get up to 24 disks of dough.

Brush pastry disk with beaten egg. For the filling use a teaspoon of the cold leftover spaghetti meat sauce, place on one side of pastry pull other side over the meat and seal the edges place on baking tray brush again with egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and pipping hot

Optional extra use leftover spaghetti and meat sauce in the pockets either increase the pockets size or reduce the meat spaghetti mix -- thanks to kitchen troll for suggesting it 👍
