1egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cupwater
2/3 ozItalian salad dressing mix, dry (1 envelope)
1/2 tspEmeril's Essence seasoning
1 1/2 cupcorn chex, crushed (or chex of your choice, corn & rice are gluten-free)
1 lbground beef
1 dashcelery salt
2 sliceAmerican cheese, cut into strips

Add all ingredients, except cheese in bowl; mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 65 minutes.

Top with cheese strips. Cook for 5 minutes longer.
