2 tbspvegetable oil
1 tspgarlic finely chopped
1carrot finely chopped
1capsicum finely chopped
1/2cabbage finely chopped
1salt to taste
1/2 tspred chilli flakes
1/2 cupcorns boiled
1 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspwhite pepper
1 1/2 tspChinese salt
1 tspmustard paste
2 tspketchup
2 tspchilli garlic sauce
3 tbspsoy sauce
2 tspchilli sauce
2 tspperi peri hot sauce
2chicken sausages, chopped
2 tbspcream
2 tbspmayonnaise
1Cheddar cheese

Boil the pasta.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic. Fry it add the vegetables.

Add all the spices one by one. Cook the sauce.

Through the pasta into the pan. Mix it with the sauce.

Crush the cheese on the pasta and cover it with the lid. So the cheese can melt.
