  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tspgarlic finely chopped
  • 1carrot finely chopped
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2cabbage finely chopped
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cupcorns boiled
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspChinese salt
  • 1 tspmustard paste
  • 2 tspketchup
  • 2 tspchilli garlic sauce
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tspchilli sauce
  • 2 tspperi peri hot sauce
  • 2chicken sausages, chopped
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1Cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic. Fry it add the vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices one by one. Cook the sauce.

  4. 4

    Through the pasta into the pan. Mix it with the sauce.

  5. 5

    Crush the cheese on the pasta and cover it with the lid. So the cheese can melt.
