Take a pan...heat oil...add grinded paan leaves crush....when milk start boil add vinegr...milk get curdled...make paneer

If you have gulkand than use...if you no have...than mash sugar...rose petal...add saunf... cardmom powder...keep aside for 2 hour

Now mash paneer...make smooth dough

Take a small ball size portion...make flat...stuff gulkand...seal it....do not crack ball

Make all balls like this

In a vessle add simple water...boil it...place all balls...cook on high flame with covered....cook till double in size

Make dugar syrup...in a pan add 2 cup sugar...2 cup water....boil till sugar completely dissolve......add balls...boil for 2 minutes

Cool completly...freeze it...enjoy a new flavour
