For ugali: boil water in a sufuria for 5 minutes.

Add maize flour(be considerate of number of people to serve)

Mix flour and water- which will take around 15 minutes and your ugali will be ready.

For eggs: put cooking fat in a sufuria boil it for one minute.

Wash tomatos,cut into pieces,add into boiling cooking fat.

Wait for 1 minute,after which you will break eggs and add into the mixture.this will take 5 minutes.

The food will be ready to serve.
