Sausage and Root Veg Stovie, for 2

Chop the sausage into chunks, and fry in a large saute pan over a medium heat until browned. While the sausages are browning, chop the onion. When the sausages are browned, add the chopped onion.

While the onion is softening, cut the other root veg into chunks, and add to the pan with the stock. Cover and leave for 30 mins.

15 mins before the root veggies will be ready, reason them with plenty of black pepper, and put the green beans on to steam.
