Kielbasa & Cabbage

I wanted to make a delicious yet easy Polish dinner to have on Casimir Pulaski Day. :)
I served this with marbled rye bread and potato & cheddar pierogies.

I wanted to make a delicious yet easy Polish dinner to have on Casimir Pulaski Day. :)
I served this with marbled rye bread and potato & cheddar pierogies.
Steps

Melt butter in large sauce pan on stove top.

Add garlic to butter. Stir one minute.

Add onion and pepper to sauce pan. Stir and cook until veggies are crispy yet tender.

Add kielbasa to pan. Stir and cook until browned.
- 5
Add cabbage and stock. Stir, cover, and cook for about ten minutes on medium-high.
